Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using eTayari, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Use of the platform
eTayari is provided for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or resources without written permission. Automated access and bulk extraction are not allowed.
Free and paid plans
Chapter practice, quizzes, past papers, chapter notes and progress tracking are free, and will stay free. Pro features — full-length mock tests, the predicted paper, teacher-graded mock tests, and model answers with marking schemes — will require a paid plan. There is nothing to pay for today: no price is set and checkout is not live. Once paid plans launch, pricing, billing periods, and any refund window will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Content accuracy
We work hard to keep every question and explanation accurate. Still, errors can occasionally occur. eTayari is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result. Always cross-check critical information with official NEB and exam board sources.
Intellectual property
All eTayari branding, software, design, and original content are owned by eTayari. Using the platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using eTayari and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
eTayari is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
